My name is Darren Norris, and I've been a martial arts and self defense instructor for over 10 years, specializing in helping kids and families become super successful at those core life skills. I have lived in this community for all of my life. It is where I raised my children and am watching my grand children grow up and go to school. I really love it here! It's a great place to raise a family.

How long have you been in business?
Our 1st school was founded in 1993. We have grown and expanded over the years to end up the school that we have today in Horse Shoe, North Carolina. We have been serving local families since 1993.
What makes your school the best in our area?
Our instructors are often featured in leading martial arts magazines as writers, host martial arts radio shows, appear in martial arts television and movies. Not to mention that every school director in our organization is a martial arts hall of fame award winner.
One thing that I've discovered over the years is that more families bring their kids to our martial art school for so many other benefits totally unrelated to kicking and punching. The sad part is that there are too many karate schools out there who claim they can deliver what parents really want but fail miserably at actually making it happen!
Our curriculum from the World Headquarters in Korea will build physical ability through martial arts, but the true value comes from the positive "transformation" that occurs in all of our students. Kids with Kick has given my son a balance point to all the craziness of the 6 year old boy's world.
